Carlega is an honest company and admits that any device can fail. The lifetime warranty protects your device beyond the standard 3-year warranty: if it stops working, we replace it.
How it works
Add the warranty to the order with your Carlega device.
Keep the confirmation email — that is your proof.
If the device fails, write to support@carlega.com and we arrange the replacement.

Functional failures of the device
No time limit while you are the owner
Valid for the screens, the pens and the Smart Box
It does not cover drop damage, water beyond what the product is rated for, or misuse.
