1. Affiliate Responsibilities

The affiliate is responsible for promoting our products honestly and in compliance with applicable laws. Any misuse of promotional material or deceptive practices will result in suspension or cancellation of the affiliation.

2. Commission Attribution

Commissions are attributed based on sales made through the provided affiliate links. The commission ranges from €16 to €20 depending on the product sold.

3. Commission Payment

Commission payments will be made 45 days after the sale and only after the buyer's definitive purchase is confirmed. This ensures that the commission is paid only for completed and confirmed transactions.
Commissions will be paid through the selected payment method, provided the required minimum balance is reached.

4. Return and Refund Policies

In the event of a return or refund of a product purchased through an affiliate link, the corresponding commission will be canceled or deducted from the affiliate’s balance, as applicable.

5. Prohibitions

Affiliates are prohibited from making purchases through their own affiliate link to generate commissions. Any attempt at fraud will result in the cancellation of the affiliation and the loss of all pending commissions.

6. Termination of Agreement

We may terminate the affiliation at any time if there is a violation of these policies or any conduct deemed harmful to our brand. The affiliate may also terminate their participation at any time, with prior written notice.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes with reasonable advance notice.

8. Applicable Law

These affiliate policies are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising under this program will be resolved in the competent courts.
